1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or commissioning bespoke hand crafted carpets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Authentic Handmade Craftsmanship

Every carpet and rug offered by Loom & Legacy is created by master artisans using traditional rug-making, hand-spinning, and hand-dyeing techniques in Bhadohi, India.

Note on Natural Variations: Slight variations in dye saturation, abrash (color variation across yarn batches), and minute dimensional tolerances (+/- 2% due to hand-knotting under artisan loom tension) are natural characteristics of authentic handmade textiles, not defects.

3. Pricing & Authoritative Transactions

All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable domestic taxes. While we endeavor to display accurate product details, in the event of an inadvertent technical error, the authoritative price confirmed by our server shall prevail. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of technical pricing discrepancies.

4. Bespoke & Custom Rug Commissions

Custom orders are woven specifically to client dimensions, yarn blends, and cartoons. Once custom strike-offs and technical specifications are approved by the client, bespoke orders enter loom preparation and cannot be cancelled or returned except for verified manufacturing defects.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to orders shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
