1. Delivery Coverage
We provide express, fully insured white-glove courier shipping to all serviceable postal PIN codes across India. For international deliveries, our dedicated export trade team handles custom freight quotes, phytosanitary certifications, and customs clearance upon request.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery
- Pan-India Orders: Complimentary (Free) delivery across India.
- International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated separately based on destination, order size, weight, and applicable freight/customs requirements.
3. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Ready-to-Ship Inventory
Dispatched within 2 to 4 business days following quality inspection and water-resistant protective wrapping. Estimated doorstep arrival is 5 to 9 business days.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Rugs
Your rug will be ready within approximately 1 week of placing the order and delivered within 8–10 business days after dispatch.
4. Packaging & Transit Insurance
Every carpet is rolled around a heavy cardboard core, wrapped in moisture-barrier sheets, and sealed in high-tensile woven polyethylene sacks to ensure pristine arrival regardless of weather conditions.
5. Tracking & Delivery Inquiries
Upon dispatch, you will receive an SMS and email with courier airway bill (AWB) tracking. You can also monitor real-time craftsmanship and courier progression via our Track Order Portal.
